How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, choose whether you're a customer or tradesperson, fill in your details, and verify your email address. It takes less than 2 minutes!
Finding Tradespeople
How are tradespeople verified?
All tradespeople undergo rigorous verification including ID checks, insurance verification, qualification checks, and reference verification. We also monitor reviews and ratings continuously.
How many quotes will I receive?
You typically receive 3-5 quotes from qualified tradespeople in your area. The exact number depends on availability and the type of work required.
How quickly will I get responses?
Most customers receive their first quote within 24 hours. Urgent jobs often get responses within a few hours.
Can I see reviews and ratings?
Yes, every tradesperson has a detailed profile showing their average rating, customer reviews, completed projects, and verification status.

How do I pay for work?
Payment is arranged directly between you and the tradesperson. We offer secure payment processing through our platform, or you can pay the tradesperson directly using their preferred method.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees for customers. The price you agree with the tradesperson is what you pay. Our platform is free to use for posting jobs and getting quotes.
What if I'm not satisfied with the work?
We have a dispute resolution process and work guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team and we'll help resolve the issue with the tradesperson.
